Summary:
To oversee the operational activities of the entire store while providing positive leadership to the team.
This position is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store, Customer Service, and ensuring all Team Members are executing our Gold Standards of Operational Excellence.
Oversees the overall presentation of the store, merchandising, staffing, training, and responsible to obtain sales and labor goals.
Essential Functions:
Provides customers with World Class Customer Service through friendly, quick and accurate assistance.
Supervises and coordinates the activities of all store staff, recommending measures to improve performance and increase efficiency.
Initiates personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures.
Trains and coaches new, as well as, current employees to the Gold Standard.
Oversees safety and loss prevention programs.
Analyzes financial impacts of risks on the company within authority, managing inventory and implementing appropriate techniques to minimize shrink.
Performs all basic job functions such as email, operating a register, bookkeeping, scanning, operating a pallet jack, tow motor, price changes, setting ads, merchandising, checking in freight, in-store pickup and managing the Outfitter utilization.
Collaborates with the Regional Director to identify, plan and develop methods and procedures to align with our Core Principals of Operational Excellence.
Reviews sales and financial reports to ensure we are maximizing profitably and managing expenses.
Works collaboratively with Regional Store Director to ensure labor budgets are in line on a regular basis.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Works approximately 50 hours per week.
Lifting capability up to and includes 80 lbs.
ADDITIONAL
Responsibilities:
Completes special projects as directed by the Regional Store Director or Director of Store Operations.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned at any given time.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS-EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
Ideal candidate must have at least 5-7 year s retail management experience.
Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate, develop and train store personnel.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
