Job Description:
Experienced Plant Operations Manager is required having 10
years of experience in manufacturing processes, preferably in an automotive, construction or agriculture industry.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

years of experience in manufacturing processes, preferably in an automotive, construction or agriculture industry;
Experience with production labor efficiency, streamlining process flows, and improving quality while maintaining production goals;
Lean process implementation, production measurement tools;
Knowledge of hydraulic hose and tube assemblies;
Possesses an analytical, engineering mind and concentrates on goals, prioritizing, and an action plan;
Strong experience in KPIs, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, etc.;
Proven leadership, communication, team building, motivating, and conflict management skills;
Ability to travel with customer interaction.

Responsibility:

Organizing and maintaining the production schedule and production staffing needs;
Working with Quality to ensure quality production of OEM shipments;
Tracking production data and analyzing data for process improvement;
Developing and monitoring production processes, standards, tools and machinery;
Reviewing orders and schedules for inventory requirements;
Applying lean manufacturing and 5S principles;
Managing production staff including training of employees;
Directing and maintaining the facility safety program.
